How does atempo deal with the issue of time?
Time is valuable.
That’s why we organise our working hours as flexibly as possible. Whether 10, 20, 30 or 38 hours.
In addition, our employees receive an extra week of holiday every year. After 5 years with us, these additional 5 weeks of leave can be used in the form of a paid sabbatical.

What does the atempo team look like?
Our team consists of people with and without disabilities. Inclusion, diversity and good cooperation are very important to us.
Every month, atempo employees are given paid time for joint activities. In this way, the togetherness is cultivated beyond the working hours.
The team decides what this time is used for. Whether joint sports sessions, gardening or cosy chats: Everything is possible.
Where does atempo work?
We work in an old villa in Graz, surrounded by a green park including a vegetable garden (where you can also plant your own bed).
Our lunch is prepared fresh daily by the restaurant Das Lorenz.
If you still prefer to work from home, we understand. Accordingly, home office is possible up to 100 % depending on the position and agreement.
